More than 2 years after the last version of the Nutanix Community Edition, the publisher gives us a v2.0 which will bring its share of new features!

Nutanix Community Edition 2.0 : the big update

The publisher recently made available to its customers the latest version of AOS hypervisor with 6.5.2 with many new features and it’s taking the opportunity today to update its Community Edition.

As a reminder, the latest version of the Nutanix Community Edition is 5.18 and was made available on September 16, 2020, so more than 2 years ago. This update will fill the backlog accumulated over the past 2 years and allow us to try AOS and AHV with all the latest features and optimizations.

The biggest advantage of this upgrade remains in the fact that we will have in our home labs a version that will be almost the same to those that are currently in production in the company. The opportunity to carry out tests and manipulations without any risk for the production environments for which we are responsible.
